Moodle (online access of course resources), wi-fi, printing privileges, Google Workspace Suite access (school provided eMail system and Google Workspace apps), and computer use in the library that also has printing services (TitanPrint).

The SHeD will not provide technical support for personal machines.

Determining Eligibility

Two conditions apply to determine whether or not a student has access to technical services:

  1. A student must currently be taking LCC credit classes.
  2. A student must currently be taking coursework requiring Moodle with Continuing Education, ABSE/GED, or ESL.

Conditional Exceptions

There are cases when a newly registered student may still not be able to access ExpressLane, Moodle, Office365 or any of the school computers on campus; in this case, it is likely that the information has not been synced to the other accounts associated with your ExpressLane information. To fix this, refer to the Resetting Your Password via Email article and follow the steps in order to synchronize your password information across all connected systems.

Technical Fee Eligibility

If there is still a question about a student’s eligibility to access technical services, a supervisor with SHED or ATC can do a Tech Fee Eligibility lookup. If the lookup does not resolve the issue, the student should be referred to Enrollment Services if they are taking credit classes. Students enrolled in Continuing Education, ABSE/GED, or ESL should be referred to the department.
