• Access Options: Available to the host, all meeting invitees, or anyone invited to the meeting, even if they did not attend.
• User Control: Hosts can decide when to enable or disable this feature during a meeting.

AI Companion

• Features: Provides in-meeting questions and multi-language support to facilitate better communication and engagement.
• Access Options: Available to the host or any meeting participants.
• User Control: Hosts can activate or deactivate this feature as needed to enhance the in-meeting experience.

AI Smart Recordings

• Features: Offers editable highlights and an optional meeting coach to help review and improve meeting outcomes.

Privacy and Security

Zoom employs specific security measures to protect user privacy and data. These measures include:

• Data Encryption: All customer data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
• User Consent: Users are provided notice and consent options when AI features are in use.
• Data Handling: Zoom does not use customer content to train its AI models. Data used for AI features is stored for up to 30 days for service provision and debugging.
• Compliance: AI features adhere to the same security and compliance requirements as the primary Zoom for Education products, ensuring alignment with our educational contract
