After activating your Lane student email, your password will be the same password you use to log into ExpressLane and Moodle. You can change your student email password in Google without changing your ExpressLane password, although it is recommended that you do not, as it can cause issues.
Forgotten G Suite Password:
• Verify you can log into ExpressLane.
• If you cannot login to ExpressLane, then go to Forgot Password link in ExpressLane and use one of the 2 options offered to reset that password.
• Verify you can log into ExpressLane again to make sure the updated password works.
• To update your Gmail password you must revisit the student email claim page at https://lanecc.edu/gsuite.
