What happens when I attempt to login to ExpressLane (crater)?
If you enter your L number and password into the ExpressLane (crater) login and login successfully but you still cannot log in to something else then the issue is with the system. However, if you enter your L number and password into the Crater login correctly and are unable to login to Crater then the issue is with your account.
If you cannot login you can try clicking "Forgot Password?" follow those steps and then reset your password (you can use the same password that you already have). It will take about 30 mins for all the systems to sync up but then you can retry login into Crater, and ExpressLane to see if that solved the problem.
