Changing Your Security Questions

Directions to update the security questions to your ExpressLane account

  • Step 1: Click the "Change Security Question" link under the "Personal Information" tab at the top of the screen.

  • Step 2: Enter your password in the "Please Confirm your Password" text box.

  • Step 3: Select your first security question from the drop-down menu, enter the answer, and click "Submit."

  • Step 4: Select your second security question from the drop-down menu, enter the answer, and click "Submit."

  • Step 5: The following message will appear if everything was done correctly.


Student Help Desk Support (SHeD)

The student help desk is located on main campus in the Library (center building).
